Mouse Inhibin A ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of inhibin A levels in mouse samples, this sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for research applications in reproductive biology. The assay is reactive with mouse and is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spans 87–98%, 85–99% and 80–97% for serum (n=5); 86–97%, 82–101% and 80–94% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 87–102%, 82–95% and 80–98% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery in serum (n=5) is 94–101% with an average of 99%; in EDTA plasma (n=5) is 86–104% with an average of 95%; and in heparin plasma (n=5) is 87–104% with an average of 97%.
