Mouse Inactive dipeptidyl peptidase 10 (Dpp10) ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with mouse samples, accepting serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant mouse Inactive dipeptidyl peptidase 10.

The assay provides a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.169ng/mL. DPP10 is a single-pass type II membrane protein involved in regulating ion channel activity and neuronal excitability; it promotes cell surface expression and modulates the activity and gating characteristics of the potassium channel KCND2, and has no dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity. The kit is intended for research use only and supports studies into the role of DPP10 in nervous system function and related biological processes in mice.
