Mouse Immunoglobulin superfamily member 1 (Igsf1) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie, designed for the precise quantitation of Immunoglobulin superfamily member 1 (Igsf1) in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and detects natural and recombinant mouse Igsf1, with a detection range of 0.156-10ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.086ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.1% and inter-assay CV is 8.4%.

Igsf1 (synonyms: Inhibin-binding protein, InhBP, IgSF1, Kiaa0364) appears to be a coreceptor in inhibin signaling, though not a high-affinity inhibin receptor, and antagonizes activin A signaling in the presence or absence of inhibin B. Linearity in serum samples ranged from 105-117% at a 1:2 dilution to 90-100% at a 1:16 dilution, with comparable performance in EDTA and heparin plasma. Recovery averaged 89% (range 83-95%) for serum and 91% (range 85-97%) for plasma. The mouse Igsf1 protein has a molecular weight of 85,159 Da and is annotated under UniProt accession Q7TQA1.
