Mouse IMA (Ischemia Modified Albumin) ELISA Kit

Designed for the sensitive and accurate measurement of ischemia modified albumin (IMA) levels in mouse biological samples, this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie uses a double antibody method with colorimetric detection. IMA is a biomarker that reflects structural changes in albumin under ischemic conditions, providing researchers with a tool for investigating tissue ischemia and oxidative stress in mouse models.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (n = 5) at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum 86–103%, 85–96%, and 88–100%; EDTA plasma 87–104%, 83–97%, and 82–100%; heparin plasma 88–105%, 85–100%, and 92–100%. Recovery averages are 97% for serum (range 91–103%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 88–102%), and 90% for heparin plasma (range 85–101%).

Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Kit components should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, with light-sensitive reagents kept away from direct light.
