The Mouse IL36G PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of interleukin-36 gamma, a pro-inflammatory cytokine in the IL-1 family expressed by keratinocytes, bronchial epithelium, and activated dendritic cells. IL36G signals through the IL-36 receptor and amplifies downstream IL-6, IL-17, and IL-22 production, making it a target of interest in psoriasis pathogenesis, inflammatory bowel disease models, allergic airway inflammation, and cutaneous wound healing studies.

The kit is supplied as a complete reagent set including a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic substrate, wash buffer, and lyophilized recombinant standard.
