Mouse IL2 SuperSet ELISA Kit

This colorimetric ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the detection of Mouse IL-2 across multiple sample types. The assay is supplied in a 96-well plate format and uses a simple protocol suitable for immunology, pharmaceutical and biotech research applications.

The assay has a range of 15.6 pg/ml to 500 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 5 pg/ml, and recognizes both natural and recombinant Mouse IL-2. It shows no cross reactivity with other Mouse cytokines, requires a sample size of 100 µl, and has a total incubation time from sample to end of 3 hours 45 minutes.

Suitable sample types include serum and cell culture supernatant. Each kit contains a capture and biotinylated detection antibody pair, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, and a detailed procedure including buffer composition. The kit features highly optimised monoclonal antibodies and a purified recombinant standard for use in cell culture supernatants as well as more complex matrices such as serum and plasma.
