The Mouse IL-9 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantifies interleukin-9, a Th9-associated cytokine central to allergic airway inflammation, mast cell biology, parasitic helminth immunity, and certain hematologic tumor microenvironments. Immunology, allergy, and pulmonary laboratories apply this reagent to measure IL-9 release from activated splenocytes, Th9-polarized cell cultures, and matched samples from murine disease models.

Capture and detection antibodies are pre-immobilized on the enclosed microplate, and signal develops through an HRP-TMB reaction read on a standard plate reader. The kit provides a coated plate, biotinylated detector antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized recombinant IL-9 standard, assay diluent, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate covers.
