Mouse IL-9 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse interleukin-9 (IL-9). Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit is intended for research use with mouse samples.

Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL with a detection range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions was: serum (n=5) 88-98%, 83-99%, 85-96%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 87-105%, 90-95%, 81-99%; heparin plasma (n=5) 85-105%, 83-98%, 84-100%. Recovery range and average: serum (n=5) 85-98% (93%), EDTA plasma (n=5) 86-99% (90%), heparin plasma (n=5) 88-103% (94%).

Kit components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), plate sealer, and a technical manual. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. IL-9 (UniProt P15247) is a secreted cytokine involved in immune regulation and inflammation and is associated with various inflammatory and autoimmune conditions.
