Mouse IL-8Rb ELISA kit (MOES01751)

An immunoassay from Assay Genie for quantitative measurement of mouse interleukin-8 receptor B (IL-8Rb), the murine homolog of CXCR2, a seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor that drives neutrophil chemotaxis in response to CXC chemokines such as CXCL1 and CXCL2.

The kit employs a colorimetric readout and is supplied as a 96 assays format intended for in vitro analysis of liquid samples collected from mouse models, including cell culture supernatants and tissue homogenates. Applications include research into neutrophil migration, acute lung injury, sepsis pathophysiology, tumor-associated inflammation, and chemokine-receptor pharmacology.
