Mouse IL-7 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Mouse IL-7 ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA built on a double-antibody format for the quantitative determination of mouse Interleukin-7. The kit detects IL-7 (also known as Lymphopoietin-1 and PBGF; UniProt P10168) and is intended for research applications in immunology, including studies of lymphocyte development, T-cell and B-cell regulation, inflammation, and autoimmune disease models.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with detection carried out colorimetrically by measuring absorbance at 450 nm following TMB substrate development. The kit shows a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C and remain stable for 12 months under those conditions.

Spike-and-recovery testing in serum yielded an average of 97% (range 86-103%), with EDTA plasma at 94% (range 87-104%) and heparin plasma at 97% (range 92-104%). Linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with parallel results across matrices. For research use only.
