Mouse IL-6st ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of Mouse IL-6st, also referred to as Interleukin-6 signal transducer, gp130, CD130, Membrane glycoprotein 130, or Oncostatin-M receptor subunit alpha. The colourimetric assay reacts with mouse samples and has been validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity directed against natural and recombinant mouse Interleukin-6 receptor subunit beta.

The reported detection range is 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Precision is given as an intra-assay CV of 7.5% and an inter-assay CV of 9.7%. Recovery averages 88% in serum (range 82–94%) and 90% in plasma (range 84–96%), with linearity data reported across serial dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
