Mouse IL-6 ELISA Kit (MOFI00066)

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse interleukin-6 (IL-6) concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with reactivity specific to mouse samples, and is intended for research use only.

Key performance specifications include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/ml and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL (1pg=900mIU). Spike-and-recovery in serum averaged 95% (range 85–104%), in EDTA plasma averaged 94% (range 85–101%), and in UFH plasma averaged 96% (range 88–104%). Linearity of dilution was demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma, and UFH plasma matrices. Intra-assay precision was CV <8% and inter-assay precision was CV <10%. The kit is stored at 4°C for 6 months.
