Mouse IL-4R ELISA Kit

The Mouse IL-4R ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of the Interleukin-4 Receptor alpha chain (CD124) in mouse serum and plasma samples using a colorimetric sandwich immunoassay. IL-4R mediates IL-4 signalling and plays a central role in Th2 immunity, B-cell class switching, and allergic inflammation, making this assay useful for immunology, allergy, and infectious disease research.

Each kit is supplied as a complete 96-well microplate format, including pre-coated plates, biotinylated detection antibodies, recombinant standards, and substrate solution. The protocol typically uses 50 µl of sample per well with a total incubation of around 2 hours at room temperature, and absorbance is read at 450 nm against a 620 nm reference wavelength.

For stability, store reagents at 2-8 °C, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Typical intra-assay precision (CV < 10%) and a broad standard curve support reproducible quantification. Intended for research use only and not for diagnostic procedures.
