This interleukin-4 (IL-4) cytokine quantification assay from Assay Genie captures and detects the Th2-associated cytokine through biotinylated antibody pairs and a streptavidin-HRP reporter system. The kit delivers a working detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with an analytical sensitivity below 9.4 pg/mL, supporting accurate measurement of low-abundance IL-4 in immune response studies. Each microplate run uses 100 µL sample aliquots derived from cell culture supernatants, tissue lysates, blood fractions, or whole-cell preparations, and a recombinant standard curve is included for interpolation. Capture antibodies are pre-coated onto the plate; supplied reagents are stored at 4°C while the standard should be aliquoted and frozen at -20°C to preserve activity.
