Mouse IL-36 beta/IL-1F8 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1437)

This immunoassay kit from Assay Genie quantifies mouse interleukin-36 beta (IL-36β), also called IL-1F8, a pro-inflammatory cytokine of the IL-1 family that signals through the IL-36 receptor and requires N-terminal truncation for full bioactivity. The kit supports 96 individual reactions and is validated for cell culture supernatant, mouse plasma, or mouse serum samples.

IL-36β is one of three agonistic ligands (IL-36α, β, γ) implicated in psoriatic skin inflammation, imiquimod-induced dermatitis models, mucosal immunity, and keratinocyte stress responses, and accurate measurement of the mature cleaved form is relevant to autoinflammatory disease research.
