Mouse IL-35 (Interleukin 35) ELISA Kit (MOFI01411)

This colorimetric ELISA from Assay Genie is built to quantify mouse Interleukin-35 (IL-35), a heterodimeric cytokine composed of the EBI3 and p35 subunits and secreted primarily by CD4+Foxp3+ regulatory T cells, where it functions as a suppressive cytokine that limits effector T-cell proliferation and dampens inflammatory responses. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody raised against the IL-35 heterodimer, and the working protocol pairs a biotinylated detection antibody with streptavidin-HRP to generate a quantitative signal read against a recombinant mouse IL-35 standard curve. For reproducible results, serum or plasma samples should be aliquoted promptly and stored frozen, with repeated freeze-thaw cycles avoided; unopened kit components remain stable refrigerated until the printed expiration date.
