Mouse IL-34 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Interleukin-34 (IL-34) in mouse samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with an assay range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The workflow includes equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, a biotin-labeled detection antibody step at 37°C for 60 minutes, an HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) step at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and a stop reaction with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Sample preparation notes cover serum (clot then centrifuge at 1000 × g for 20 minutes), plasma (anticoagulant tubes, 1000 × g for 15 minutes at 2–8°C), tissue homogenate, cell culture supernatant (2500 rpm for 5 minutes) and cell lysate. Linearity and recovery values are reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions (n = 5). The kit is positioned for immunology research, where IL-34 has been linked to immune regulation, bone metabolism, inflammation, autoimmune disorders, osteoporosis and cancer.
