This chemiluminescence-based immunoassay from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of mouse Interleukin-34 (IL-34), a cytokine that signals through the CSF-1 receptor and supports macrophage differentiation, osteoclastogenesis, and innate immune regulation. The assay leverages enhanced chemiluminescent signal amplification, providing a broader dynamic range and lower detection limit than conventional colorimetric ELISA formats, making it appropriate for measuring low-abundance IL-34 in serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatants.

The kit includes a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibodies, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and substrate reagents sufficient for 96 reactions. Typical run time is approximately 3.5 hours at room temperature with straightforward wash and incubation steps.
