The Mouse IL-3 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built around pre-coated capture antibodies that selectively bind murine interleukin-3, a cytokine central to hematopoietic colony formation, mast cell development, basophil survival, and Th2-skewed inflammatory signaling. Researchers use it to quantify IL-3 release in bone-marrow reconstitution studies, allergic airway inflammation models, parasite-immune response work, and broader cytokine profiling experiments in mouse model systems.

Quantitative specifications include a detection range of 7.8 to 500 pg/mL, sensitivity below 7.8 pg/mL, and a 100 µL sample loading volume per assay well. Standards and unknowns are dispensed onto the plate, sequentially incubated with a biotinylated detector antibody and a streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and developed with TMB substrate; absorbance readings are converted to concentration using the included recombinant standard curve.
