Mouse IL-2sRBeta/CD122 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit is designed for the quantification of IL-2sRBeta/CD122 in mouse samples. The colorimetric assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, with reagents to be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Per the manufacturer's specifications, the kit provides a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a standard curve range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL. The workflow begins with equilibrating reagents and the pre-coated plate to room temperature, then loading standards, samples and a zero control into designated wells for a 90-minute incubation at 37°C. A biotin-labeled detection antibody is added for 60 minutes at 37°C, followed by HRP-Streptavidin for 30 minutes at 37°C. TMB substrate is then added for 10-20 minutes of color development in the dark, the reaction is stopped, and absorbance is read at 450 nm.

Sample preparation protocols are described for serum (clot, centrifuge at 1000 × g for 20 minutes), plasma (anticoagulant tubes, centrifuge at 1000 × g for 15 minutes at 2-8°C), tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants (centrifuge at 2500 rpm for 5 minutes) and cell lysates.
