Mouse IL-28B DIY ELISA Kit

Mouse IL-28B (also called interferon-lambda 3, IFN-λ3) is a type III interferon induced during mucosal antiviral immunity, making this analyte relevant to mouse models of viral infection, hepatic inflammation, and barrier-tissue immunology. This DIY-format ELISA from Assay Genie ships the capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant mouse IL-28B standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, coating buffer, wash concentrate, and stop solution; the end user coats a flat-bottom microplate with capture antibody before running the immunoassay. Sufficient reagents are supplied for up to ten microplates at a 100 uL sample loading volume per well. The standard curve typically spans 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with a minimum detectable dose near 7.8 pg/mL. Validated starting material includes cell culture supernatant and clarified mouse tissue homogenate.
