The Mouse IL-28A/B PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures interferon-lambda 2 (IL-28A) and interferon-lambda 3 (IL-28B) cytokines in murine samples. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate and a dual-antibody capture format with a colorimetric readout, providing reproducible quantification across a detection range of 31.25 to 2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity below 18.75 pg/mL.

Each package contains a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution. The recommended sample volume is 100 µL per well, and the protocol completes within several hours after overnight incubation at 4 degrees C.
