Mouse IL-23 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1431)

Mouse IL-23 is a heterodimeric cytokine composed of the p19 and p40 subunits, with a documented role in Th17 cell differentiation and chronic inflammatory pathways studied in murine models of autoimmunity. The Assay Genie PharmaGenie ELISA kit enables researchers to quantify endogenous IL-23 levels across multiple sample matrices using a standardized plate-based protocol.

The assay accepts a 100 uL sample volume per well and offers a working detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with reported sensitivity below 5 pg/mL. Capture antibodies are mouse-specific, and validation data show no significant cross-reactivity with related cytokines such as IL-12 p70 or IL-27. The kit contains a pre-titrated recombinant standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, and wash buffer sufficient for one complete microplate run.

Unopened kits should be stored refrigerated; reconstituted standards and the biotinylated detection antibody must be aliquoted and held frozen at -20 degrees C to limit loss of activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
