Mouse IL-22 ELISA Kit (MOFI01303)

Designed for the quantitative measurement of interleukin-22 in mouse samples, this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric detection method and reacts with mouse specimens. Accepted sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay is configured as a double-antibody sandwich ELISA and detects IL-22, a cytokine involved in immune responses and tissue repair, with relevance to research on inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and tissue regeneration.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated for serum (n=5) at 85–105% (1:2), 87–96% (1:4) and 87–95% (1:8); for EDTA plasma (n=5) at 82–98% (1:2), 87–100% (1:4) and 83–101% (1:8); and for heparin plasma (n=5) at 84–99% (1:2), 83–92% (1:4) and 81–100% (1:8). Recovery ranges span 85–101% (serum, n=5), 85–102% (EDTA plasma, n=5) and 85–100% (heparin plasma, n=5), with corresponding average recoveries of 96%, 95% and 97%. Reagent components are intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The procedure includes reagent and plate equilibration, loading of standards, samples and blanks followed by primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, addition of biotin-labelled detection antibody with a 60-minute incubation, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution addition. Sample preparation protocols are described for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatant and cell lysates.
