Mouse IL-21 CLIA Kit (MOES00602)

From Assay Genie, this chemiluminescence-based ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse IL-21. It uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle, with a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse IL-21. Standards or samples are combined with the coated antibody, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-HRP conjugate; after substrate addition, the Relative Light Unit (RLU) is measured on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyser and is positively associated with Mouse IL-21 concentration.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 7.50 pg/mL across a detection range of 12.50-800 pg/mL, with a total assay time of 4.5h. It has been validated with serum, plasma and other biological fluids at a recommended sample volume of 100µL. The manufacturer states that the assay recognises Mouse IL-21 in samples, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse IL-21 and analogues.
