Mouse IL-20ra ELISA Kit (MOEB0709)

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie intended for the quantitative detection of mouse Interleukin-20 receptor subunit alpha (IL-20ra, also referred to as IL-20R1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with mouse samples, with specificity for both natural and recombinant mouse Interleukin-20 receptor subunit alpha.

The kit provides a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.08ng/mL. Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery data are provided with the kit. According to the associated UniProt entry Q6PHB0, IL20RA is a single-pass type I membrane protein with a molecular weight of 61,978 Da. It functions as part of the IL20RA/IL20RB heterodimer (a receptor for IL19, IL20 and IL24) and the IL20RA/IL10RB heterodimer (a receptor for IL26), belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family and contains 2 fibronectin type-III domains.

Designed for research use only and aimed at immunology research, the assay is read at 450 nm on a microplate reader following a sandwich ELISA workflow.
