The IL-2 receptor alpha chain (CD25) is a 55 kDa transmembrane protein that contributes to high-affinity interleukin-2 binding on activated T lymphocytes and regulatory T cells. Assay Genie's Mouse IL-2 R alpha PharmaGenie ELISA Kit is a colorimetric, microplate-based immunoassay built around matched capture and detection antibodies for quantitative measurement of this receptor subunit in mouse research samples.

Each kit supplies reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations and accepts cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum as starting material, supporting immunology studies, transplant tolerance models, autoimmune disease research, and characterization of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cell populations.
