Mouse IL-2 Inducible T-Cell Kinase (ITK) ELISA Kit

This immunoassay from Assay Genie quantifies the Tec family non-receptor tyrosine kinase ITK in mouse samples and serves as a research use only tool for studying T-cell receptor signaling cascades. IL-2 Inducible T-Cell Kinase operates downstream of phospholipase C-gamma activation and upstream of SLP-76, LAT, and NF-AT, linking T-cell receptor engagement to calcium mobilization, thymocyte development, and lymphocyte effector function. The kinase is expressed primarily in T cells, NK cells, and mast cells, making it relevant to studies of Th2 and Th17 differentiation as well as immunodeficiency models.
