Mouse IL-1rl1 ELISA Kit (MOEB1205)

Designed for the precise measurement of mouse Interleukin-1 Receptor Like 1 (IL1RL1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie provides a sensitive and specific tool for immunology research.

The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse IL-1rl1 with a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.7 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 9.0% and inter-assay CV is 11.3%. In linearity testing across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, recoveries were 91-101%, 91-100%, 92-102% and 85-94% in serum (n=5); 95-105%, 100-108%, 84-94% and 108-120% in EDTA plasma (n=5); and 103-112%, 82-92%, 97-107% and 85-98% in heparin plasma (n=5). Spiking recovery averaged 100% (range 94-106%) for serum and 102% (range 96-108%) for plasma.

IL1RL1, also known as Protein ST2 and Protein T1 (UniProt P14719), is a receptor for IL-33 involved in immune responses and inflammatory processes. It has been implicated in autoimmune diseases, allergies and inflammatory disorders, making this kit a useful resource for investigating the protein's role in disease pathology and its potential as a therapeutic target.
