The Mouse IL-1R1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay intended for the quantitative measurement of mouse Interleukin-1 Receptor Type 1 (IL-1R1), also known as CD121a, in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. IL-1R1 is the functional receptor for the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1α and IL-1β, mediating downstream signaling through NF-κB and MAPK pathways and playing a central role in innate immunity, inflammation, and acute-phase responses.

This colorimetric assay is supplied in a 96-well microplate format for research use only.
