Mouse IL-1A/IL-1 alpha ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse IL-1A/IL-1 alpha in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, using a double-antibody format and a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm.

The assay has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL (1 pg = 710 mIU). In serum (n=5) recovery ranges from 85–103% with an average of 91%; EDTA plasma (n=5) recovery is 85–103% averaging 93%; heparin plasma (n=5) recovery is 88–100% averaging 93%. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions: serum 89–103%, 82–101%, 86–98%; EDTA plasma 90–97%, 85–92%, 80–100%; heparin plasma 85–102%, 86–100%, 81–98%. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
