Mouse IL-19 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of mouse interleukin-19 (IL-19) using a colorimetric readout. The assay is reactive with mouse samples and has been validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It is intended for research use only.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2–2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.66 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 8.8% and inter-assay CV is 10.8%. Linearity has been assessed across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery has been reported at 84–96% for serum and 86–98% for plasma. The target protein IL-19 (UniProt Q8CJ70) is a secreted cytokine noted for its roles in inflammatory responses, including up-regulation of IL-6 and TNF-alpha and induction of apoptosis.
