Mouse IL-18BP CLIA Kit from Assay Genie is a sandwich chemiluminescence immunoassay for quantitative determination of interleukin-18 binding protein (IL-18BP) in mouse serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format combined with a streptavidin-HRP luminescent substrate system, delivering a broad dynamic range, low background, and reproducible standard curves across runs.

Each kit is supplied with a ready-to-use plate, lyophilized recombinant standard, biotinylated detection antibody, concentrated assay and wash buffers, and substrate working solution.
