Mouse IL-17E/IL-25 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for quantitative measurement of mouse IL-17E/IL-25, also referred to by the synonyms IL-25, IL-17E, Interleukin-17E and interleukin-25. The double-antibody immunoassay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and targets the protein associated with UniProt entry Q9CPT4.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 85–104%, 88–98% and 83–98% for serum; 87–99%, 87–98% and 82–100% for EDTA plasma; and 87–105%, 84–95% and 86–100% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages are 93% in serum, 95% in EDTA plasma and 97% in heparin plasma. Final absorbance is read at 450 nm following TMB colour development.

Storage is recommended at 2-8°C for 12 months. The protocol uses a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotinylated detection antibody step and a 30-minute HRP-streptavidin (SABC) incubation, followed by 10–20 minutes of colour development in the dark before the stop reaction. Reagents supplied include pre-coated microplate strips, lyophilised standard, biotin-labelled detection antibody, SABC concentrate, TMB substrate, sample, antibody and SABC dilution buffers, wash buffer, stop solution, plate sealers and a technical manual.
