Mouse IL-17BR PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1417)

Assay Genie's Mouse IL-17BR PharmaGenie ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of the interleukin-17B receptor (IL-17RB), a type I transmembrane protein that binds the cytokines IL-17B and IL-25 (IL-17E) and drives epithelial and innate immune signaling through the adaptor Act1. The capture antibody is specific for mouse IL-17RB and shows no significant cross-reactivity with related IL-17 family receptors such as IL-17RA, IL-17RC, or IL-17RE.

The kit supports research into Th2-polarized inflammation, allergic airway hyperresponsiveness, atopic dermatitis, helminth clearance models, eosinophil biology, and tumor microenvironment immunology. Validated sample matrices include cell culture supernatants, mouse plasma, and serum. Each 96-assay pack ships with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant mouse IL-17RB standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate solution, and stop reagent.

For best results, allow all reagents to equilibrate to room temperature before use and run the standard curve in duplicate. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen; limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. The kit is intended for research use only.
