Mouse IL-17b ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich-format, colorimetric ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Interleukin-17B. The assay is reactive with mouse samples and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Interleukin-17B. It is intended for research use only and is suited to immunology research applications.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.69pg/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 6.5% CV and inter-assay precision at 8.1% CV. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions (1:2 to 1:16) in serum (89-99% to 103-113%), EDTA plasma (92-101% to 93-103%) and heparin plasma (105-114% to 105-115%). Recovery averages 90% in serum (range 84-96%) and 92% in plasma (range 86-98%).

Interleukin-17B is a secreted cytokine of the IL-17 family that stimulates the release of tumor necrosis factor alpha and IL-1-beta from the monocytic cell line THP-1. The associated UniProt entry is Q9QXT6.
