Mouse IL-15RA ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA, double-antibody kit for the quantitative measurement of mouse IL-15RA (Interleukin-15 receptor subunit alpha), also referred to as IL-15R-alpha and CD215. The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and employs a colorimetric detection method based on TMB substrate development with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an assay range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Linearity has been evaluated for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8, and recovery ranges of 85-104% in serum, 85-104% in EDTA plasma, and 89-100% in heparin plasma are documented. Unopened kit components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
