Mouse IL-15 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Interleukin-15 (IL-15) in mouse samples. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL.

Validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, the kit employs a double antibody sandwich ELISA format and should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Recovery testing shows ranges of 86-99% for serum (average 91%), 88-103% for EDTA plasma (average 96%), and 91-104% for heparin plasma (average 93%). Linearity is demonstrated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 across these sample types.

IL-15 is a cytokine involved in immune response regulation, inflammation, and cell survival, with dysregulation linked to autoimmune diseases, cancer, and chronic inflammation. The kit provides a tool for research exploring the role of IL-15 in mouse models.
