Mouse IL-13 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1413)

The Mouse IL-13 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built on a double-antibody sandwich immunoassay format optimized for quantitative measurement of mouse interleukin-13. This Th2-associated cytokine is central to studies of allergic airway inflammation, parasite immunity, IgE class switching, and mucosal barrier function, making the kit useful for preclinical respiratory, dermatology, and immunology research programs. The assay covers a standard curve range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a reported sensitivity of less than 5 pg/mL, and each well requires 100 µL of sample.
