Mouse IL-13 DIY ELISA Kit

The Mouse IL-13 DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is configured for laboratories that prefer to coat their own microplates and tailor plate layouts to specific experimental needs. Reagents supplied in the kit are sufficient for up to 10 user-coated plates, reducing dead volume from unused pre-coated wells.

Interleukin-13 (IL-13) is a Th2-associated cytokine with established roles in allergic airway inflammation, parasite clearance, mucosal immunity, and asthma pathogenesis. A 100 µL aliquot is added per well during the assay procedure, and recombinant mouse IL-13 is included for standard curve generation.

Storage guidance: capture and detection antibodies should be refrigerated until first use, while reconstituted standards and streptavidin-HRP require frozen storage at -20 °C and protection from light to preserve activity. Reagents are supplied as single-use aliquots in vials to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
