Mouse IL-12 p40/70 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1412)

The 96-assay microplate format provides sufficient wells for standard curve replicates alongside multiple experimental conditions. Sample inputs span three matrices from mouse studies: cell culture supernatant from stimulated immune cells; plasma collected into anticoagulant tubes; and serum prepared by standard clotting. Each aliquot is loaded neat or after dilution, with absorbance read on a standard plate reader after substrate development.

IL-12 p40 is a 40 kDa subunit common to both IL-12 p70 and IL-23, so a single readout reports on both Th1-driving and Th17-driving cytokine activity simultaneously.
