Mouse IL-12 ELISA Kit (MOFI01240)

A sandwich ELISA developed by Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of mouse Interleukin-12 (IL-12), a cytokine involved in regulating T-cell and natural killer cell activity. The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich detection method and is suited to research on immune responses, inflammatory conditions, and infectious disease.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The reported sensitivity is 4.688 pg/mL with an assay range of 7.813–500 pg/mL. Observed recovery ranges from 85–100% for serum (average 94%), 85–99% for EDTA plasma (average 93%), and 89–105% for heparin plasma (average 97%). Components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The assay workflow comprises a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after stop solution addition. The microplate is provided in a solid-phase format and ships refrigerated.
