Quantify mouse interleukin-10 (IL-10) with this capture-and-detection antibody immunoassay from Assay Genie, part of the PharmaGenie cytokine reagent line. The two-antibody format uses a microplate pre-coated with a monoclonal capture antibody, paired with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate that produces an absorbance signal readable on a standard plate reader.

Each kit supplies reagents sufficient for 96 determinations, with a working detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL and a recommended 100 µL sample volume per well. The assay is validated for cell culture supernatant and mouse blood-derived matrices, with no measurable cross-reactivity against human IL-10 under standard curve conditions.

Standard calibrators span seven serial dilution points, and the full protocol completes in roughly 3.5 hours. Capture antibody-coated strips, standards, and detection reagents are supplied in vials to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and unopened components should be stored refrigerated.
