Mouse IL-1 beta PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1422)

The Mouse IL-1 beta (Interleukin-1 beta) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative sandwich immunoassay developed for the in vitro measurement of mouse IL-1β in cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, plasma, serum, and tissue lysates. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate and colorimetric detection at 450 nm using an HRP-TMB substrate system.

Assay performance characteristics include a standard detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity of less than 4 pg/mL. A sample volume of 100 µL is loaded per well, and the assay is completed in approximately 3.5 hours under standard protocols.

Reagents are shipped refrigerated on cold packs and should be stored refrigerated upon arrival. The microplate and other components remain stable through the kit's shelf life when stored appropriately; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
