Mouse IgG3/Immunoglobulin G3 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for quantitative measurement of mouse IgG3, this Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The Mouse IgG3/Immunoglobulin G3 ELISA Kit supports research in immunology, infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and vaccine development through a colorimetric workflow using TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions: serum at 88–103% (1:2), 91–105% (1:4), and 87–100% (1:8); EDTA plasma at 82–101%, 85–94%, and 83–92%; and heparin plasma at 80–99%, 86–100%, and 81–96%. Recovery ranges are 85–102% (average 94%) in serum, 89–101% (average 96%) in EDTA plasma, and 86–104% (average 96%) in heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The assay workflow comprises reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and stop solution addition followed by immediate absorbance reading at 450 nm. Components provided include a pre-coated dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (100X), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), plate sealer, and a technical manual.
