Mouse IgG1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1405)

The Mouse IgG1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of the IgG1 subclass in mouse samples. Mouse IgG1 is one of four murine IgG isotypes (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3), and isotype-specific quantification supports vaccine response studies, infectious disease models, allergy research, monoclonal antibody screening, and hybridoma supernatant characterization. The pre-coated microplate is functionalized with anti-mouse IgG1 capture antibodies paired with an enzyme-labeled detection reagent; signal is developed by adding substrate and reading absorbance on a standard plate reader. A serial dilution of reconstituted standards generates the calibration curve, from which unknown concentrations are interpolated. Reagents should be stored refrigerated between uses, with individual component temperatures detailed in the enclosed protocol.
