Mouse IgG/Immunoglobulin G ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate measurement of IgG in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric double-antibody detection method read at 450 nm. The assay is reactive with mouse IgG and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit provides a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL over a detection range of 1.563-100 ng/mL. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions runs 82-91%, 82-98%, and 82-95% for serum; 90-96%, 82-100%, and 94-102% for EDTA plasma; and 88-100%, 82-98%, and 83-89% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery is 85-103% (average 94%) in serum, 85-104% (average 94%) in EDTA plasma, and 88-104% (average 95%) in heparin plasma (n=5). Components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
