Mouse IgG (Immunoglobulin G) CLIA Kit (MOES00377)

A high-quality chemiluminescence immunoassay from Assay Genie, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse IgG (Immunoglobulin G) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The kit uses a Sandwich-CLIA format on a pre-coated microplate, with the relative light unit (RLU) value measured by a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer and positively associated with Mouse IgG concentration.

The assay can be completed in 3.5h and uses a 100 μL sample volume. Sensitivity is reported at 0.19 ng/mL with a detection range of 0.31-20 ng/mL. Reproducibility is stated as both intra-CV and inter-CV below 15%. Recovery averages 95% in serum, 103% in EDTA plasma and 91% in cell culture media, while intra-assay and inter-assay precision CV values range from 7.54% to 10.95%.
