Mouse IGFBP5/Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 5 ELISA Kit

According to Assay Genie, IGFBP5 is a key regulator of insulin-like growth factor signaling that plays a critical role in cell growth, differentiation, and survival, with dysregulation implicated in cancer, diabetes, and osteoporosis. The assay workflow covers reagent and plate preparation, a 37°C primary incubation of 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and a stop reaction read at 450 nm.

Reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 87–95% / 88–103% / 85–103% for serum (n=5), 91–99% / 84–95% / 85–98% for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 90–95% / 83–91% / 90–100% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery ranges are 88–105% (average 97%) for serum, 91–105% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 93–105% (average 98%) for heparin plasma.
