Mouse IFNgamma SuperSet ELISA Kit

This colorimetric DIY ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of Mouse IFN-gamma in serum and cell culture supernatant samples, with applicability to more complex matrices such as plasma. The assay recognises both natural and recombinant Mouse IFN-g, demonstrates no cross-reactivity with other Mouse cytokines, and is built on a highly optimised antibody pair with a purified recombinant protein standard.

Performance specifications include an assay range of 31.25 pg/ml - 1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 15 pg/ml. The protocol uses 100 µl of sample and runs from sample to end in 3h45.
